At Param Edu Fly, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional educational services and support. We understand that there may be circumstances where our services may not fully meet our clients' expectations. In such cases, Param Edu Fly offers refunds after a thorough review of the client’s concerns. If a refund is not feasible, we strive to offer alternative solutions to ensure that clients receive the value they expected. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund based on the conditions outlined below, a client must have completed payment for a course within 30 days from the date of the refund request.

For this purpose, Param Edu Fly considers parents or authorized guardians who have made payments on behalf of students as clients eligible to request a refund.

Conditions for Refund

  1. 1.Access Issues: If a client has paid in full for a course but does not receive access to the Param Edu Fly platform within 8 days from the date of purchase. The following must be met to claim a refund:
    • The client has attempted to log in using the correct credentials.
    • The client has coordinated with Param Edu Fly's support team for resolution if contacted within the 8-day period.
  2. 2.Excess Payment: If the client has paid an amount exceeding the course price listed on Param Edu Fly's official website, they will receive a refund for the overpayment.
  3. 3.Session Cancellations: : If the course instructor cancels 4 or more sessions consecutively without prior notice or communication through official channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Email), the client is eligible for a refund.

Alternative Resolutions

In cases where a refund is not possible, the amount paid can be credited towards other courses or services at Param Edu Fly based on the following conditions:

  • The client’s concerns are assessed and deemed valid by Param Edu Fly.
  • The issues raised are found reasonable and accurate from both the client’s and Param Edu Fly’s perspectives.

No Refunds in the Following Cases

  • Partial Payments: If a client has not paid the full amount and access is revoked due to non-payment, no refund will be provided for any partial payment made.
  • Session Cancellations by Client or Instructor Emergencies: For one-on-one sessions, if a session is canceled due to an emergency on the part of either the client or the instructor, and the client is informed at least 24 hours in advance, no refund will be issued.
  • Refund Processing Time: If a refund is approved, please note that processing may take at least 7 days from the date of refund confirmation.

Additional Notes

  • Token Amounts: Any token payment made is non-refundable.
  • Device Requirements: For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop for self-study courses, as mobile or tablet versions may be limited.
  • Official Communication Channels: Param Edu Fly recognizes WhatsApp and Email as official communication channels.
